Diving in Komodo national park

Komodo national park is so far away from everything so it is kind of a miracle that I had the patience to go there. If you are in Bali it is super easy. Just take the next Boeing to the island of Flores. But Bali is also in the middle of nowhere? Relatively… I live in Sweden. Sweden is in the freaking middle of nowhere. Anyways! Getting of topics here! Flores. Boat. Komodo. Me and my bf Håkan went to Komodo to see the famous Komodo dragons. They were on my list. (Bucketlist, see menu to read what I have found is super important to see/do before you die!).

I did not really know that it, beside having dragons, was an awesome place to dive too! Because awesome it was.

The islands in Komodo national park are young. Freshly baked in a volcano oven only like a couple of thousand years back or so. I do not know, I am not a scientist, this is what they told me being there:) Here is a link to the official webpage of the park: LinktoDragonsandwhatnot

My point being that the island do not have much growing on them. It looks so weird. Just a bunch of plane yellowish glowing masses of wonder! Yes, I loved it. It is BEAUTIFUL. Of you do not believe me. See the pictures for yourself.

Under the sea.

So diving. Awesome! if_star-4_47965if_star-4_47965if_star-4_47965if_star-4_47965if_star-4_47965

Islands and boats. Awesome! if_star-4_47965if_star-4_47965if_star-4_47965if_star-4_47965if_star-0_47961

Komodo dragons. Awesome! I will write about the dragons in a post for itself. I have also done a video about our diving trip in the park.

Okay, see ya!
